These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the QR·CADE platform operated by CODOTCOM PTY LTD ACN 698 516 924("QR·CADE", "we", "our", "us"). By purchasing or playing any QR·CADE game you agree to these Terms.
QR·CADE is a paid entertainment platform consisting of short skill-based digital arcade games accessed through QR codes. Players purchase access to gameplay sessions and may appear on leaderboards. QR·CADE is an entertainment product only.
QR·CADE is not a gambling product. No cash prizes, goods, services, vouchers, credits, cryptocurrency, gift cards or other items of monetary value can be won. Leaderboards exist solely for entertainment, competition and social recognition. Any replay opportunities cannot be redeemed for money, transferred, sold, or exchanged for goods or services, and have no cash value.
All QR·CADE games are intended to be skill-based. Player performance determines scores. The random assignment of a game does not create any entitlement to a reward or prize. QR·CADE may alter, remove or replace games at any time.
Play credits are valid only for the session in which they are purchased; cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, exchanged for cash, or redeemed after the session ends. Play credits are not a stored-value product, not a financial product, and do not constitute property of the player. Unused credits expire automatically when the session ends.
A session begins when a player completes payment and receives play access. A session ends upon the earliest of: all purchased plays being consumed; player inactivity exceeding 30 minutes; player voluntarily leaving the session; closure of the relevant board; or system termination by QR·CADE. Upon session expiry all unused plays automatically expire.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers including Stripe. QR·CADE does not store full payment card details. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated. All purchases are final except where required by law.
Because gameplay access is delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally unavailable. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where required by law QR·CADE will provide refunds, repairs or replacements.
QR·CADE may display player handles, rankings, scores, venue standings and regional standings. QR·CADE may remove scores or rankings at any time where cheating is suspected, software abuse is detected, inappropriate content is used, or leaderboard integrity is threatened. All leaderboard decisions are final.
You must not cheat; automate gameplay; use bots; exploit software defects; reverse engineer the platform; impersonate another person; or upload offensive content. QR·CADE may suspend or terminate access without notice.
By using QR·CADE you confirm you satisfy any minimum age requirement displayed during purchase. If you are under 18 years of age you represent that you have permission from a parent or guardian where required by law. QR·CADE may refuse access to any person at its discretion.
All software, artwork, branding, trademarks, game designs and content remain the property of CODOTCOM PTY LTD or its licensors. No rights are transferred to players.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR·CADE is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or continuous leaderboard access. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant session. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.
QR·CADE may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect when published.
